Healthcare property
I help medical and dental operators, healthcare property owners and investors evaluate premises for purchase, lease or sale. The discussion includes intended use, patient access, clinical improvements, building constraints and commercial terms.
Selected assignments include tenant representation for approximately 15,000 sq. ft. of medical-device manufacturing space at 3600-B Laird Road, Mississauga, and seller representation in an off-market sale of three dental businesses in Kitchener. The dental transaction included no real estate.
